Shippings to Italy are made with DHL couriers. International shipments are made with DHL express.
Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes and that the shipping costs for any partial deliveries will only be paid once. Orders are processed and shipped during our business hours: Monday - Friday (except public holidays recognised in Italy).

*CITES (the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora) is an international agreement between governments. Its aim is to ensure that international trade in specimens of wild animals and plants does not threaten their survival.
Return & Exchange Policy
All products benefit from the right of a return policy, for which the customer can make use of the right of refunds within 14 days after the date of delivery of the product to its return. The right of withdrawal can be exercised with reference to certain products and services indicated in art. 55, Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).
The code also states that the user may not exercise the right of withdrawal in cases of supply of certain goods and services including but not limiting the following:
- Goods made to measure or personalised or that by their nature, can not be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- Goods without the original packaging or with its warranty seal, present on all items, broken or tampered with.
The Customer must express his intention to exercise the right of withdrawal by sending an e-mail to email@example.com indicating in the subject line the order number and the initials "Return Request".
The right of return is exercised by returning the product at the customer own expense, to the address on the form called "Return Form", which you will find via email. In order to benefit from the right of withdrawal, the customer will have to ship within 14 days from the date of delivery of the products, which must be correctly packaged in the original packaging, in perfect condition (not ruined, not damaged, unopened). Verified that the returned product complies with the above mentioned specifications, the company will pay within 14 days from the delivery of the same the amount paid for the purchase, excluding shipping costs, to the Customer's credit card or by bank transfer to the appropriate bank account mentioned in the "Return Form".
Our items are equipped with a security tag that guarantees the authenticity of our products. In case of removal it will not be possible to make the return.
Final decision on returning of items will be made by the brand's customer team case by case.
